Bou-Shay’s Cajun Smokehouse opened initially September 18, 2020 & Thanks to our great Kitchen Staff consistently turning out quality food for all to enjoy; our Dedicated Service teams; and most importantly, the continued support of our many Customers, we are looking forward to making people happy with great food and service.
